I just watched this video – http://www.stservicemovie.com/ It is about 3 minutes long – and as a business owner, it is worth watching.
Yes – there is a sales pitch at the end…
But I think it is very much ON POINT – the message contained within the video holds TRUE, for everyone one that is in business. What can we do, consistently, to enhance the experience our customers have when they do business with us?
Give this some thought… What are the possibilities? Maybe they always get a cap with their logo, or a coupon for a bakers’s dozen on their next order, or a discount on their next digitizing order. Maybe they get a free sample shirt with their first order every year. Or maybe it is a free design on something, from your stock design collection. It can be as inexpensive as a coupon (free if they never redeem it), and as costly as a product and the time to decorate it.
Following the inspiration presented in the video, how can you make doing business with you such a positive experience that your customers would not dream of going elsewhere for anything with a logo or name? When you accomplish this, your customer’s will not only remain loyal, they are very likely to become advocates, and send new customers your way!
