We are very excited to announce the launch of a new industry website, http://www.supplierfinder.net.
SupplierFinder.net is a new online directory, specifically for embroiderers and apparel decorators. In fact, we are wondering what took us so long to come up with the idea, now that it is live! SupplierFinder.net is the brainchild of NNEP (National Network of Embroidery Professionals).
The new directory is based on the premise that is a lot easier to find and/or recognize the logos of your favorite suppliers – rather than to have to remember their exact website address. Did the address end in .net or .com? Did it have a hypen? Was it the company name or the brand name??? Too many details to recall, and too many clicks to find it when you need it.
It is our intent to make it easy for embroiderers and apparel decorators to connect with their favorite industry suppliers, through SupplierFinder.net.
If you have supplier websites that you use frequently, encourage them to check out SupplierFinder.net and add their logo!
Ultimately, this will become a “one stop shop,” where you can click through to all your favorite sources. We did a live launch of SupplierFinder.net, showcasing it at Embroidery Mart-SOUTH in Houston and Embroidery Mart-EAST in Nashville in August, 2010. The response was hugely favorable, with many suppliers and attendees immediately “getting” how it works and how it will help them.
